What Types Of Problems Arise From The TMJ?

Since the TMJ is used while you talk, eat, swallow, yawn and many many of these activities become strained by teeth grinding or displaced. A person may also suffer from headaches, sharp pains, and inflammation of the TMJ.

Relief can usually be felt immediately within one to two days. Treatments typically last between three to six months.
